Boston United Community Football Club

BOSTON UNITED COMMUNITY FOOTBALL CLUB

Boston United Community Football Club has been formed to cater for the need of the wider community of Boston and its surrounding areas. Our aim is to bring together children of all ages and abilities to play and enjoy football. We believe that EVERYONE should have the opportunity to play regardless of their age, ability or sex. By creating this club we strive to create those opportunities. We have seen numerous teams that have been built up to believe winning is the only acceptable result. We acknowledge it is good to win but we believe in life you win some and you lose some but most of all it has to be fun and everybody in the team should play regardless of how they play.

We have had two training sessions to date and we have had around 60 young people attend and we are taking new enquries on a daily basis!

Recently at our launch day at the FA Cup tie against Glapwell, Pilgrims striker Ollie Ryan took time out after scoring his hat trick to welcome the new members of the Community Club and to sign a few autographs.

Training sessions are on Saturday mornings between 10.00am - 11.30am at the Princess Royal Sports Arena and cost £2. The club is designed for both boys and girls aged between 4 - 16 Years of any ability. To register your childs interest please contact Richard Houghton on 01205 364406.
